Before your visit
A few things worth taking care of before your appointment — read the therapeutic contract and see how to prepare for a visit, whether your first or a follow-up.
Therapeutic contract
The therapeutic contract sets out how you and the clinic work together: how visits run and how often, the rules for cancelling appointments, payment, and confidentiality. Please read it before your first visit. The key rules in brief:
- Payment and cancellation — up to 24 hours. Pay for the visit at the latest 24 hours before the appointment, and within the same window you can cancel or reschedule it. After that the full fee applies.
- Prescriptions only after an examination. We issue a prescription after a visit (in person or remote); it is valid for 30 days. A new prescription without a visit can be issued for up to 4 months after the last visit (3 months for controlled medicines), for a fee.
- Certificates and sick leave (L4) — after an examination. We issue health certificates, including sick-leave certificates, only after an examination — in person or remotely.
- Phone and email do not replace a visit. Changing a dose or a medicine requires an appointment — without an examination we cannot give medical advice.

- Set aside enough time — the first visit usually lasts longer than later ones.
- Think about what brings you in: what worries you, for how long, and what steps you have already taken.
- Prepare your records: earlier discharge notes and test results, and a list of the medicines you take (names and doses).
- If you wish, fill in the relevant questionnaire from the "For patients" section — it will make the conversation easier.
- For an online visit, arrange a quiet place, a stable internet connection and headphones.
Before a follow-up visit
- Note what has changed since the last appointment — how you feel, sleep, appetite, the effect of treatment.
- Write down the questions you want to ask.
- Check whether you are running out of your medicines — ask for a prescription if needed.
- Bring your mood or anxiety journal, if you keep one.
